Problem:
Sometimes plugins require other plugins installed to function properly, and
sometimes you forget or miss this, thus the server doesn't start and prompts
you to install those dependency plugins.
Solution:
Check the plugin jar for those dependecies and also install them when executing .install plugin/mod.
