Allow the Tree Tracker app to show the location and status of tree drop-off / chipper stations.
Green: Station is open and operating as normal.
Amber: Station is open but is under pressure (large volume) or is nearing scheduled closing time.
Red: Station is not taking any more trees currently (significant volume) or is closed (either scheduled or unscheduled)
