Can't find settings (user interface)

So i have been using this for a long while, a friend set it up for me, i am now trying to modify sites / add a new one, but cant find the settings, i have been looking for it, and asking AI but not possible at all. please help

It's same, the first screenshot is from Violenmonkey. First you need to open URL where the script is activated, for example:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088247

This is not "user interface", it's the code of the script.

ah wow i see, so i couldnt enter the settings if i wasnt actively on an imdb page, thank you a lot

also, i think TL has the wrong url,. cuz it's never showing
is it only me or everyone?

Not wrong, it's one of the alt TL urls. Login to the site on that url to make it work.
