Make `kloppy` Available on `conda-forge`

Could you share a bit more about your motivation for requesting a conda-forge package? Maintaining a feedstock adds some overhead, so we'd like to better understand the use case before taking that on.

Just in order to use kloppy within a conda based environment.
If the package is pure Python I think that (Based on others experience) creating a conda-forge distribution is pretty straight forward.

Using pip in a conda environment breaks the dependency chain.
