NFT Sale Price in Pylons Points Should Display an Approximate Price in USD

Currently, an NFT cannot be easily repriced if the seller makes a mistake. (I accidentally priced my first NFT at 200 points ($20) when I meant to do 20 points ($2)). This will be a recurring problem that degrades the user experience.

After discussion with Michael, the simplest solution is to have the UI display an approximate USD value next to the Pylons Points when pricing an item.

For example, pricing an item for 10 Pylons Points would have the UI say 10 Pylons Points ≈ Approximately $1 USD.

This issue should've been resolved with the implementation of the For Sale toggle for the NFT owner's view:

we originally did not want to associate an approximate USD value since we hadn't set the conversion rate between pylon points & usd.. but if we now have that conversion rate then we will incorporate it into the buy button for NFTs denominated in pylon points and ensure that this USD equivalent is displayed in Easel as well.

For now, we can safely use 10 cents USD as the approximate value of Pylons Points.
