We currently test mapProbesToGenes using the default mapToNearest = F argument, which maps a probe to any gene within the specified range. There is also the option to set mapToNearest = T, which maps each probe only to the nearest TSS. In this way, each probe gets "counted" only once. The biological implications of this need further consideration in the context of each use case; however, as we are currently supporting the option, we need to add a test for it.
