see line 81-84, you have to change the DDP mode to ''bluray'' to get 7.1 DDP. FYI: Bed channels do not matter when bitstreaming 16-channel Atmos. |

Hello. thank you for your reply. I have a Philips Oled connected to a AVR via HDMI. It's a Google tv (Dovi,HDR10+,THD,DTSHD compatible) and I stream my movies via Emby. I noticed on streaming sites that have DDP+ with Atmos, I get 7.1 layout on my AVR, so that's not a problem for me. Sorry for sounding stupid but could you give me a step by step explanation how to do this: |
Uh oh!

When converting a 8 channel DTHwAtmos file, it get's converted to a EAC3 JOC (with Atmos) file but with only 6 channels. I tried multiple audio files, always the same result. Is this some limit or am I doing something wrong. If it's limited to 6 channels, then this feature is pointless.
