Core Pathways: MAPK #19

Description

@annaritz

Another idea we had is to have a well-understood core pathway (a sub-pathway that is involved in other pathways) and use that as a gold standard when doing pathway evaluation. One example of this in humans is the MAP Kinase (MAPK) pathway.

We could ask questions such as "which synthetic pathway reconstructions recover the MAPK core pathway?"
