Bug: Microsoft/Xbox App PC Version of Persona 3 Reload Crashes Reloaded II when launching

Whenever I launch Persona 3 Reload through Reloaded II or with a deployed ASI, it just crashes the reloaded II asi.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Add Persona 3 Reload's WINGDK .exe file in Reloaded II
2. Add any mod
3. Press launch application in Reloaded II
4. See error (with show console enabled it closes out within 1-2 seconds).

I expect the mods to run or at the very least for Reloaded II's console to run fully but it just closes out quickly. The game runs, but there isn't any loaded mods.

I am running 1 non-demanding mod that just changes a text in the menu screen.
When I deploy the ASI Loader, the launching screen for Xbox games is just stuck. It usually only takes 5-8 seconds to launch.

I am unsure if this is due to Reloaded II, or the specific platform the game is on, but I'm hoping to get an answer here.

Not sure myself. Could even be a change in Windows itself.
Historically Xbox titles have been a bit tricky to work around.
You did do everything right.

I heard some reports of Steam ver of this game hanging after ASI Loader after a game update. Could be that.
If in doubt, you can try a bunch of versions from https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader/releases . Newer and older.
Just rename to whatever DLL name Reloaded output in the game folder, probably dsound.dll or dinput8.dll or version.dll, replacing previous file.

One day I'll make my own non-DLL Injecting loader; but it wouldn't be soon.

Different user, same issues here..
When I add the global.ini in scripts like mentioned here #863
the game starts and Persona Essentials works (I am able to skip the intro etc.) but none of the mods I have tried work..
Mods I tried:
Is it working
Persona Expansions
and Expandend Evening map.

About Persona Expansion: the Pak/mods files I copied into the ~mods folder gets recognized by the game, because ingame I can see some of the models in the velvet room. They are just nulled/ on level one / fool arcana and are all in japanese or chinese.
I think something blocks the loading of the files/mods
