'Launch application' closes Reloaded

Hi, I am trying to launch P5R modded, but when I press 'launch application', it closes the entire app after about 2 seconds. There's no error/crash message (I've even looked in the files), just nothing. I have just installed it. Any help please?

Are there any logs, e.g. a console window or log file you can find?

It opens up a console window and saved a crash log a little after I looked

Can't say for sure.
I would suggest disabling all mods and enabling one by one; the logs report a successful boot.

Hi, I have removed all mods and the issue still persists. Any idea please?

Not sure myself, everything works on Reloaded's end.
Logs still reporting a successful boot.

You can try removing ASI Loader for a sanity check
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\P5R\
Find latest/most recent DLL, like dinput8.dll, version.dll or dsound.dll and remove
