[Feature Request] Planar Movement Control

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a planar movement control to the gizmo, similar to the one available in the in-game plugin? Being able to move objects freely along the XY, YZ, etc axes would make object manipulation much more intuitive and efficient.

The Gizmo can't be changed without a complete rewrite of the gizmo itself and also likely a few other classes we don't have access to. I could maybe look into grafting on something before/after it and simulating the inputs it expects, it'd be a nice feature.
