Status of glycogen samples from Westcott oyster gill tissue

We sampled gill tissue from Westcott oysters during our resazurin and survival sampling back in December. During this time, Sam took samples for glycogen.

Were these samples processed for glycogen? If so, is the data available? This would make a nice addition to the manuscript if we have it.

I don't think the data has been analyzed as a whole, as Hazel rolled right into her undergrad project after processing all of these.

@HazelAbrahamsonA - When you have a sec, could you please identify which plate reader data is associated with this project? A range of file names will suffice; no need to list them all explictly.

Yes, all of the samples have been run through the assay. I am almost finished with the analysis, but need to go back and standardize measurements by tissue weight. I was planning to complete this next week, after collecting the last of my symposium data tomorrow.

The files from 01.16, 01.23, and 01.26 are also associated with the Sormi samples, but at that point I was still working on getting adequate sample dilutions, so there isn't usable data in them.

Any samples run 'with further dilution' were outside of the standard curve range when first measured, so were further diluted and measured again.

Glancing at the metadata, it looks like there are two experiments:

• Daily control/treated
• Weekly control/treated.
