pypi 的清华源和上交源 url 已过期

什么被弃用了？

现有 url 尚未失效，但两者已迁移到新 url

tuna 现在使用 https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/pypi/web/simple
而非 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

sjtug 现在使用 https://mirror.sjtu.edu.cn/pypi/web/simple
而非 https://mirror.sjtu.edu.cn/pypi-packages
旧的 pypi-packages 上次同步已经是一个月前，且同步失败

而且咋没有 ustc 的源

太好了，他们终于改了，尤其是为了 sjtug 还专门做了额外的处理。
