[BUG] Diagrams don't break properly on mobile devices

Description

Diagrams on mobile break if they exceed the phone's max supported with in portrait mode.

Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce the problematic behaviour

1. Open the website
2. Press CTRL + SHIFT + M to enter mobile mode.
3. Open any page with a diagram (screenshots are from composite).
4. Make sure the 'screen window' has a smaller width than the diagram.
5. Problem occurs.

Intended behaviour

I expect diagrams to show properly on mobile, that means

1. Showing diagrams that are smaller than the maximum width
2. Diagrams that exceed max width should be cut off and scrollable where necessary.
