목적

2차/3차 KTO 지도 통합 명세를 Web Front 코드와 검증 가능한 child issue로 추적한다.

• 헤더를 풀와이드 앱 헤더로 통합한다.
• 서브내비를 지도 위 absolute overlay가 아니라 앱 셸 flow/grid 레이어로 분리한다.
• KTO 관광장소는 행사 탭 세그먼트가 아니라 지도 화면의 선택형 정보 마커 레이어로 통합한다.
• 3차 명세의 관광정보 토글, 초기 로딩, 마커 레이어 문제를 corrective child issue로 분리한다.

고정 결정

• KTO 관광정보 표시 토글 기본값은 OFF다.
• 기존 GET /api/tourism/places consumer contract를 사용하고 새 API client를 중복 생성하지 않는다.
• API path, response shape, DB schema, OAuth 성공 경로는 변경하지 않는다.
• KTO/OpenAPI, Supabase, admin import/sync를 브라우저에서 직접 호출하지 않는다.
• 사용자-facing copy는 명세 구현에 필요한 탭/토글/시트 문구 또는 broken encoding 수정 외에는 수정하지 않는다.

3차 명세 반영 상태

• 관광정보 토글 칩 겹침: 현재 코드에 .tourism-toggle-chip 정의와 is-active 바인딩이 존재하므로 별도 구현 이슈 없이 반영 완료로 기록한다.
• 분류 라벨 전환 지연: TSK-012-11 KTO local displayGroup filtering for Doherty threshold #446/#447에서 scope=all 1회 로딩 후 local displayGroup filtering으로 해결했다.
• 최초 KTO ON 로딩 약 2.9초 및 무한 pending 방어: TSK-012-12 KTO initial load timeout and first response hardening #448/#450에서 timeout recovery와 초기 상태 피드백을 처리했다. 최초 API 자체의 payload/edge 최적화는 별도 backend 성능 후보로 남긴다.
• KTO 마커가 curated 마커를 가릴 수 있는 레이어 문제: TSK-012-13 KTO marker layer hierarchy and curated marker priority #449/#451에서 z-index와 marker hierarchy를 분리했다.
