Currently, when you load the report page, the load blocks while the HTML is being generated and cached. This is a feature request to make page loading non-blocking (the HTML generation happens in the background and then the report is displayed when the HTML has been processed). Also, when clicking the "refresh the cache" link, it is also refreshed via Ajax.
