Extend the existing Laboratory/TestResult/Data Exchange architecture for structured measured responses (pH, viscosity, foam, spectrophotometric/detergent-performance metrics, etc.). NOT a second lab platform. 10 tasks (FVL-06.001..010).
Acceptance criteria: full instrument/method/metric/context schema with linkage to formulaVersionId/trialId/sampleId/testDefinitionId; CSV/Excel imports route through existing Data Exchange; feeds FVL-05's dataset extractors.
