Update @internal/backstage-plugin-serverlessops-catalog to new frontend system

Describe the work to be done
When Backstage was updated to 1.51.0 we introduced it's new frontend system. This broke using our existing catalog plugin which provides components and pages for displaying the catalog and entities in our desired way.

Our plugin needs be updated to work with the new system.

This issue will not address updating catalog pages to our preferred data and layour

refs.
