Position is totally off frame since the latest update in wow classic season of discovery. not sure if this is the case in other versions of classic.

load the addon
Have you disabled all other add-ons?

n/a. last update brought changes to unit frames so expected that addons would break after this. target frame seems fine. havent checked party/raid yet.
