Libby downloads wrong book

I am having trouble getting the Libby integration to download the correct books. Whether I try to download one with the "Read with..." link, it downloads the first book from the similar titles rather than the book itself.

Edit: Ok, so it works correctly when downloading from the "Manage Loan" screen where no similar titles are shown. The bug only occurs if you open the similar screen through the three dot hamburger menu.

Can confirm, I think it's naming the files wrong on my end. It will download an acsm without a different game (transferring to Xreader). When I fulfil the ACSM in the reader though it downloads the right book
