Add page titles #37

Each page should have a title displayed below the navbar but above the main content, containing the same text as the currently-selected navbar item. (Obviously, if e.g. Regions > Germany is selected, "Germany" is the selected item that should be used for the title, not "Regions".)

Probably an <h1> element.
