dynamiq-ruby-client returns true for dynamiq.receive when there is no connection

JR and I we're being idiots and trying to run tests while dynamiq was off, but this stack trace was super annoying to track ;)

This appears to be an "issue" as opposed to a PR. I don't see any code.
