Windows 98 and QEMU: I can't install.

Today I decided to install Windows 98 in QEMU. This time I downloaded QEMU 9.2.90 and EmuGUI. But here the installation does not start again.

Tried booting from disk C, D, A, but it does not work.

I can not find any guides on installing Windows 98 in QEMU 9.2.90 via EmuGUI.

How to make the installation start? Maybe it is worth creating a TPM from the terminal (at the bottom when specifying the boot it is written that "if the VM does not start within five minutes, then Create the TPM from terminal (exactly like that))?

First of all, creating or using a TPM in a VM is not possible on Windows hosts. Otherwise, I am ready to see where your issue could be. Meanwhile, have you tried installing MS-DOS and then Windows 98?

I could only use Windows 98 in Safe Mode in this configuration (meaning installation was kinda successful).
