Permissions can not be changed

There is a bug where you can't disable bmpc.self.* permissions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add luckperms and bmpc
2. Open up luckperms editor (/lp editor)
3. From editor, go to groups-default and add these in with the value False:
   bmpc.self.toggle
bmpc.self.show
bmpc.self.hide
4. Save changes

Current Result:

The end user is able to execute /bmpc, /bmpc show, /bmpc hide

Expected result:

The lack of permission for non-ops/admins to execute /bmpc, /bmpc show, /bmpc hide
