Extend with other index samples

Currently, there is only a sample of the English Corpus Index. In order to ease tests on TellMeFirst, you should add the following index samples:

• Italian Corpus Index;
• English and Italian Knowledge Base Index;
• English and Italian Residual Knowledge Base Index.
