Clean Up Text option

A cleanup text option will basically go in, take all of the text, remove all of the redundant spaces or space characters. It will trim all of the lines. It will reduce all of the Multi-line returns to a single line return, keeping the pair half separated, but not with multiple returns. Correct Letters to Latin based on the keyboard or window language.

The objective here is to be able to drop in text from any source maybe you copied out of a web page maybe you copied out of something it has crazy spaces or tabs or indentions or something and you basically have to get in there and make it presentable to go into a different document
