[Week 11–12] PyPI packaging + Jupyter tutorial suite finalisation

Tasks:

• Resolve PyPI name collision: neurosim (Georgia Tech CIM simulator exists)
  Candidate names: neurosim-nct, neurosim-brain, pynct
• Finalise pyproject.toml metadata (classifiers, URLs, keywords)
• Test pip install from clean environment — all optional dep groups
• Complete notebook 04 with real cohort data (replace synthetic Section 1)
• Write GSoC Benchmark Report (required GSoC final submission artefact)
• Tag v0.1.0 release on GitHub
