Add Keep version of SKPaths op node

As per feature request in forum

Strictly speaking SKPath nodes are part of VL.Skia and not operating on Polygons or PolyPaths, but I am already providing extensions for other SKPath functionality so I think it's in the ballpark of what VL.PolyTools can offer.
