It would be a good idea to add a license file to this repo, looks like some files are licensed under GPLv3, others under MPL 1.1 and most have no license headers at all. MPL 1.1 has a future license clause under section 3.1, thus you can reference MPL-in-GPL document that Mozilla has posted, which was written by the SFLC. It covers the intricacies of combining of these two different licenses in one repository
