Describe the bug
When I try to set up MFA on my account I get an error, "Error setting up MFA", and it fails, making it so I can't enable MFA protection on my account.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go into 'General Settings'
- Click on 'Security'
- Press "Setup MFA" under "MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION"
- See error
Expected behavior
It should allow me to set up MFA on my account with any authenticator app of my choosing, giving me a QR Code or a secret key to use in the authenticator app.

Additional context
I removed MFA from my account so I could switch from the Google Authenticator app to Aegis Authenticator app, but when I went and tried to enable MFA on my account again it failed and gave me an error.
