📦 Feature - Nickname/Planet Identity changing for planet moderators

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a user sets their Planet Identity or user profile to something that violates the planet's rules, moderators have no way to appropriately enforce the planet rules to reset the Planet Identity.

A context menu option to reset or change the nickname in a user's Planet Identity, where moderators can type in a user's new nickname,
