📦 Feature - Notification sound changing (Stargazer only)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some users don't like the current notification sound and want to change it. Changing the notification sound gives an incentive for users to join Stargazer.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the Notifications tab of user settings, an option for Stargazers to upload a new notifications sound which they can use to replace the current default.

More default notification sounds picked by the community?
