Thank you for your marvlous work! But I have two question when I try your codes, one of that is I want to read your paper to fully understand your work, the second one is I hope get the other datasets to further analyse based on your code. I have been search on the Internet but I have not found your paper, and just one example dataset. Would you tell me where to find them?

They are all public datasets I believe, and it works well for me:
The combined ST and SM data, along with the scRNA-seq data for ccRCC processed in this study, have been deposited in the Zenodo database under accession code (https://zenodo.org/records/14986870).
