Changing radius on orbital camera doesn't update immediately

When the radius of the orbital camera is changed in code, the change doesn't happen until the user interacts with the camera. This should happen immediately.

I think there are 2 easy ways to solve this.

1. make the _updateCamera method public, so it can be called manually after a change to any of the properties.
2. add a method for setting the radius that call _updateCamera.

Ideally the _updateCamara method should be called when the property changes.
