program refuses to change the music for 7-4 (war without reason)

no matter what i do, even if other levels work with custom music, 7-4 refuses to. ive tried legit everything, making a new .ust file with the custom music, deleting every other .ust file from the folder, it just wont work. also, quick side note, 6-2, gabriels 2nd fight also doesnt let me switch the music, and i just dont understand why. help?

show a screenshot of the ust file here, they're pretty complex to set up so it's possible that you messed something up without realizing it
