"enrage" sound effect cannot be replaced

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a UST pack
2. attempt to replace the "enrage" sound with any other sound effect
3. apply the UST and refresh if needed
4. go into sandbox and cause an enemy to enrage
5. notice that the enrage sound is still the vanilla one

Expected behavior
the enrage sound would be replaced
