The README currently uses an architecture diagram as a stand-in. A real cockpit screenshot would do more for a visitor landing on a public repo.
Needs a GUI session, so it pairs naturally with the PR #49 smoke run — the cockpit will be up and running with the plugin switcher visible, which is a more compelling shot than the pre-plugin shell.
Low priority, purely cosmetic.
