Release 1.0.4 regression: numbers that are 0 no longer get included in the csv when also using the "nullToEmptyString" option

When updating from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5 it was noticed that "0" number values were no longer in the csv.  This appears to be a regression from a change in 1.0.4 since the number value 0 is falsy and incorrectly updated to be empty string.
