Bug: maka loop leads to repeated empty AI replies and cannot be interrupted by message

Description

On maka Desktop, maka occasionally gets stuck in a loop that produces repeated empty AI replies. During the loop, sending a new message does not interrupt the run.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a task in maka Desktop.
2. Trigger an agent loop.
3. The model returns repeated empty AI replies.
4. Send another message to try to interrupt the loop.

Expected behavior

The loop should stop producing empty replies, and sending a message should interrupt the run.
