Scope: README.md only — translate Russian sections, keep structure and ASCII art. Fix cross-references that point at internal Russian documents (e.g. line 74 references ПРИМЕР_ФАРМАКОЛОГИЯ.md; that reference needs an English target or removal, coordinated with the root-documents issue).
Proof: no Cyrillic left in README.md (grep -P '[а-яА-ЯёЁ]'), rendered check of the resulting markdown.
