New device detection issue

I noticed that when a new audio device is added/connected, it dosen't appear under the cycle output option without first restarting the software.
This also causes issues with bluetooth heaphones, because if they are connected after the software startup, they are removed from the cycle function. Also the same for the light color change on device change.
