Hey there Audioslayer, hopefully you remember me. Awhile back I requested the ability to control multiple monitor brightness independently and you added it <3
I'm here to report that, since I believe at least v1.0.9.2, I've been having a lot of issues with my knobs just not working. Not able to control volume, not able to adjust brightness, not able to use the buttons to switch audio outputs. Basically it seems like Amp Up "loses sync" with the actual hardware and requires starting Amp Up. That or there will be crazy latency, like I'll adjust a knob but the change doesn't occur until 5+ seconds later.
This happens often enough that I have to restart Amp Up several times a day. I even set an AutoHotKey script to do so because it occurs that often.
I also noticed that after starting Amp Up, it seems to take longer than previous for the knobs to work, but maybe the initialization just takes longer due to all the new features you've added.
I tried uninstalling, completely deleted the app folder, the appdata folder (to make sure there was no config files left), anything I could find, then reinstalled, but the issue stills occurs. This is with the latest v1.1
Considering this, for now I am going to uninstall the latest version and reinstall v1.0.6-beta Hotfix as I believe that was the last time I had a consistent, reliable experience.
Either way, I'm not complaining, just wanted to let you know and to thank you again for creating this awesome software!
