Compatibility with QuinLED Dig Uno

GPIO 1 and 3 are missing from the selection menus.
They are necessary for compatibility with this ready board.

GPIO1 and GPIO3 are reserved because they are the default UART0 TX/RX pins on the ESP32 and are commonly used for USB-serial communication, flashing and logs. Exposing them for LED output could conflict with the serial interface, especially when using HyperSerial.
