Telemetry Logging

Use the on-board SD card interface to log telemetry from Ivy. Combine with the current control commands. Ultimately graph the relationship between actual and expected in Matlab.

battery, current usage by motor (ADC sampling by Ivy), control telemetry, altitude, transmit power (should be able to get locally), record the commands which have gone out so the actual vs. expected can be compared.
