Tracker for myself to collect evidence when I can on this, this was discovered during GMNGC tests with heavy addons on Metaconstruct.
i.e. Pac3 - heavy duty thrashing of max traces causing it to flush the cache.
under JIT_PARAMDEF
we should update the max traces to be at around ~8000.
with the added bonus of maxmcode being at around ~8192.
this should allow LuaJIT to fully compensate Garry's Mod heavy use of lua.
