"=__ify" is a naughty glibc file name. #428

Description

@NogNoa

glibc 1.09 to 2.0.92 have a shell script called "=__ify" for prepending __ to the names of files and functions.The file also exists in the glibc github repository. I don't know why the '=' is there. Replacing it with %3D doesn't help because '%' is also not allowed.
