How do I run the game?

I downloaded all the files, but I can't find an exe and I don't know how to run it.

You first have to install libsdl, cmake, GNU make, a C++ compiler and then do the following in a console in the build directory:

mkdir build
cd build
make

The files are the source code: An instruction what the program is supposed to do. The C++ compiler can translate that instruction into an actual program.
