In some cases, I have seen the cloud_sql_proxy is failing on machine and lummo-sqlproxy command will be successful and print out msg to connect using psql. And, then psql fails because the underlying process has been terminated by then.
Need to verify before exiting, probably with 5 seconds of sleep.
