We should let everyone know they can export their work from VAULT and that student work will not be transferred anywhere. This gives us a chance to 1) let folks save their work and 2) dispel rumors about the transition. Perhaps I can repurpose the retention tools, they could simply use no cutoff date, omit only items in a few collections (Libraries, Syllabus), and use a new email template.
