Mac releases of the library

Hey there! Would it be possible to add Mac binaries (aarch64 and x86) to the releases? I was able to get something working on my fork here but it'd make things much easier if it could get updated here as well as on hex. Not sure what your build process looks like

Hi @poffdeluxe, do you want to do a PR and we take it from there? I don't have a Mac, but can try on my son's laptop, when you push in the changes.
